When arriving, you must first check in at the Mustang Center. All guests must pay a resort fee (in addition to the rental fee) of $10.00 per day, $50.00 per week or $150.00 per month upon check.
Quiet hours are observed daily from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighboring guests and reduce noise during this time.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. All key cards must be returned at departure.
Wi-Fi is not currently available at River Ranch RV Resort.
The resort speed limit is 10 MPH at all times. All stop signs and traffic rules must be obeyed. Parking on grass or roadways is not permitted, and renters are responsible for any damage to landscaping or irrigation systems.
All RV lots are privately owned. Guests may only use the lot they are renting and may not walk, park, or place personal items on neighboring lots.
All vehicles operated on the property must be properly licensed, insured, and driven by a licensed operator. A minimum of $100,000 in liability insurance is required. All vehicles and bicycles must have operational lights when used after dark.
Golf carts may only be operated by licensed drivers. Renters must be 18 years or older to operate rented golf carts and must follow all resort traffic rules. If you plan to bring your own golf cart, proof of insurance must be provided prior to arrival.
Bicyclists 16 years of age and under are required to wear helmets. Bicycles must be equipped with lights for nighttime use.
Motorized scooters, hoverboards, skateboards, ATVs, go-carts, dirt bikes, and other off-road vehicles are not permitted anywhere on the property.
Utility trailers, boat trailers, cargo trailers, or any trailer without an RV manufacturer’s stamp are not allowed on RV lots. A $20 per day trailer fee, payable to Westgate, applies if a trailer is brought onto resort property.
Tents, freestanding canopies, and standalone awnings are not permitted. Only awnings attached directly to the RV are allowed.
Fireworks of any kind, including sparklers, are strictly prohibited throughout the resort.
Pets must be properly vaccinated, leashed, or under direct control at all times. Pets are not permitted in buildings or pool areas, with the exception of documented service animals. Guests are required to clean up after their pets immediately.
Renters are expected to keep their site clean, orderly, and free of trash. Resort security and management reserve the right to enforce all rules. Failure to comply with resort policies may result in removal from the property without refund.
Renters are financially responsible for any damage to the RV lot, landscaping, irrigation, or surrounding property during their stay.
